CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect everyone’s time, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged. This fee must be paid in full before booking any future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
